Subject: Marketplace purchases VERY slow to begin download

Hi there,

going into my account, to download files that I've purchased, I find that the downloads can take a very long time to start, a minute or more.

This occurs whether I'm going from inside the webpage, or from the link sent direct to my email.

This is really a drag, and significantly discourages me from buying more -- if I have to sit by the computer, babysitting downloads . . . not likely to buy much.

I'll amend this: I tried using my Mac, and I found that it was very easy to use DownThemAll [Selection] and rapidly dlownload my purchases.

I have no idea why it didn't work on the PC (they're both running Firefox), but the difference in convenience is huge

Hey crocodilian, 

     I am happy to hear that you got things downloading for you. We haven't received any other complaints of this so not sure why this was happening to you. This morning I had a few admin's test the downloads and they started immediately with no issues. (PC & Mac) 

Let me know if this is a continued issue and I will have our developers dig into it.
