Subject: Adjusting Y-tran for all frames in one go?

I have a vague memory of this being easily done but can't for my life find the explanation or remember how.

I have this "lots-of-frames" animation and need to adjust the character Y-tran to be the same in all frames. How is this done without having to go through every frame?

Any suggestions appreciated.
