I attempted to respond to the crafts survey. My answer to the first question was NO. Hence none of the remaining questions were applicable. When I tried to submit the form, I was told I had not completed the survey. This is extraordinarily annoying and should be fixed.

All surveys require an answer to every question or it's not a "complete" survey and we would like to gain as much information as we can so this is the way it should be. Even if someone answered "no" to the first question doesnt' mean they don't have some valuable information to share for the open questions, maybe have a spouse, family member, friend that is not a member here they can pass on feedback on this subject from or that maybe they don't currently make those types of items but are thinking about it and still want to offer their feedback.
If someone feels that they don't have valuable feedback to give or feel the survey does not pertain to them at all, then it's probably best they don't complete this particuliar survey. It's not mandatory to take any of the surveys we offer.
Thanks

In the case that you were seeking partial information, the multiple choices should have included 'none of the above' in addition to 'other'. Othewise you have no way to distinguish between those who were not interested in the topic and those who ignored the survey. These could be quite diffeent groups, but the way you put the survey together, you can't tell. And i would think you would want to know. (Just trying to be helpful. I once worked for a psychologist who was an expert on surveys and how people answer them.)

"4. If you answerwed YES to question 3, Where do you sell your handmade items or digital patterns online"
it wouldn't complete until I answered q.4, even tho I answered q.3 "no". couldn't think of good answer, but I'm eligible for $25 now!

Always just put a NA or doesn't apply so you can complete the survey if needed MissNancy and GOOD LUCK:)
