I took all the steps required.... creating the account, loggin in on the website, added the program to my shopping card.
The problem is the daz download manager won't connect, I keep getting the wrong password/email notification while the information is filled in correctly in the manager...
I've tried re-ordering three times, no succes so far.
The manager won't connect.

Everyone is having that problem right now. I don't know what the problem is, but I did hear that it's being worked on.

You should be able to download any purchase by going MyAccount/Product Library. If the item isn't on the first page type its name in to the Filter box.
