Hi. I know Poser & Daz well. I've used purchased models to create talking animations.
I need to do the same from a photo-based model. I can create the model from the Face Room. But, what's the best way to ensure great visemes (talking)?
Change an existing model (V4/Gen) that has one? Or apply (some software) to a base?
Is there another software package that I can buy that quickly/easily creates a model I can then use in Daz?
Thanks for any input!

If you've created the figure in Poser's Face Room try using the default viseme that comes with Poser. You may need to tweek your face a bit.
If you want to use your Face Room figure in DS I am not so sure it will be easy. The software you would want there is Mimic if it is still around. Sorry but I don't use Studio so I cannot say if Mimic is included or even still available.

Don't know what Poser versions would work with lite.
Since Poser has buillt in talking.
There's no need to keep up with newer Poser version.

Don't see any thing about mimic LightWave anymore.
