yeah, yeah, I'm about 6 years late with this question. Has anybody ever encounted this... you load a base M4 - and when you apply M4 expression poses, the eye closes do the opposite of what they are suppose to? just curious.

It's possible that the M4 expression poses you apply use also morphs from the morph ++ pack. The base M4 without the ++ morphs could react as described in this case.

I've tried both base without the ++ and with the ++ : certain expressions by certan vendors work great - while other expression by other vedors do the opposite with the eyes closing.

aha! solved. The creator of the expressions was using an M4 they bought when it first came out - the close morph was the opposite for the eyes - instead of negative one to close the eyes they had to dial positive one. They just downloaded and installed a fresh m4 and it fixed the problem.
