Is there a script anyone has made to bulk convert a figure pose to Universal pose, versus doing them one by one through Poser? (i.e. automate the process)

That is already built into the recent iterations of Poser. However, the automated process creates a universal pose which reset any morphs you may have added to your model. I would use it with caution. In addition, the thumbnails are not converted to the new poses and are replaced by the default icons. Making a copy of the thumbnails first and then pasting them back into the folder offsets that.

Could you clarify "recent iterations", as I have Poser 9, but it does not say anything about a bulk universal pose converter in the reference manual.
