Hello everyone...
I'm in the market for a glass coffin for a render I have in mind... Could someone put me on the right track as to where I could purchase one, please? Thanks so much!! ^_^

there is a sci-fi coffin in freestuff that might work. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=71855
you might have to play with the textures.

I don't think you need to specifically find a glass coffin. A regular one should do just make it a little transparent. At least enough to see the body within. If you need more than that, Poser has glass shaders in the material folder that you can use.

Or if you want something ornamental and gothy, you might look for things like steamer trunks or music boxes that have lids. Scale it up, give the lid a glass texture, and you've got a fancy coffin.
For instance, this "ornate box" has a definite coffiny look.

Transparency would a good cheat unless you are looking to reproduce an actual, realistic glass coffin. Fresnel reflection and refraction will need to come into play, but at a cost of significantly increased render time.

Which Poser version are you using?
