Subject: Reached maximum number of downloads !?

Hello!

I have not been here for some time. Meanwhile I bought a new PC. Now I am trying to re-download and install all of my stuff. But I cant. I get the "You have reached the maximum number of downloads for this product." message for almost all of my products.

So, can you please reset my downloads, so that I can get my purchased products again?

Hello,

 

I have reset your downloads for you so you can try again.

 

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.

If you have this problem in the future please post in the Marketplace Support forum as your issue will be handled a little quicker as this forum is watched closely.
