Hi
in my account the -
City_Block_Sixteen_Two_147250.zip - has zero bytes.
Can this please be fixed?

Hello
I have reset your downloads for you so you can try again. Please be sure to disable any download managers/accelerators when downloading from Renderosity. I downloaded that file just fine so try it again and let me know if you continue having problems.
Thanks
Stacey

Hello StaceyG
Sorry but I'am still geting a zero bytes file.
I do not use download managers/accelerators, I've logged out, cleared my history,
even rebooted my computer.
I have to logoff now, so will look in tomorrow.

Hmm that is strange as I was able to get it downloaded and see everything in the file.
Let me check with my testing manager so she can see what advice she can offer

I am having the same problem here...
I just picked up the CB 16 package (order # 112382321). The first of the 2 files downloaded fine, but the second zip file is empty - it should be 96MB, but after numerous attempts to download it, the zipped folder still shows 0KB.
Like Rosehawk, I'm not using any accelerators, I've rebooted, cleared cache, tried multiple times on 2 different days. Still zero KB on the second ZIP file.
I also contacted Tom (Dreamland Models) about this issue.
Thanks for looking into this.

I tried on a second computer with IE - I clicked the download link and the only thing that happened was I got a blank Renderosity page - no downloads, or anything else.
I'll try on a third computer with chrome.
I sure wish all these issues would get squared away......

Tried with Chrome on my laptop - no go there, either. Same result as described above - just sent me to a blank Renderosity page. No download, no nothing.

Just wanted to check in to say we know now that the problem is the file size and it's timing out during download which it's showing zero. Only some customers are having this issue if they have slower download speeds maybe as I was able to get it fine and others have to but there are a few of you that are having this issue. We have asked the vendor to break that 2nd file up so that there will be three files with smaller files in each so that you can download them all.
As soon as I know it's done, I'll let you all know

Well I should've went and checked one more time before posting in here a few minutes ago cause the files are now broken up so I've reset your downloads so please try again and let me know
Thank you so much for your patience
