Hey all! Just been looking for a humanoid looking android. There used to be one for sale in the Marketplace for Poser, I think by AndyGraph, but now when I need to buy I don't find. Have a commission work to do in Bryce requiring a good quality android and really don't want to have to create on my own.
Any direction or clues where to go?

You could try CGTrader http://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character-people/sci-fi?page=1 is link for Sci-Fi robots. Prices range from free upwards.

CGTrader also looks an interesting site for modellers wishing to sell their work as they claim the modeller receives 90% of royalties.

The android you need is it similar to like C3PO or an actual person? Because the Trouble with Bryce is once there are so many thousand polygons it will not convert to mesh and you can do so the whole of the object is perfect so if it is .obj or .3ds I suggest try another program Sculptris is free and probably easier for that sort of thing. There are ways to make people in bryce and androids but its hard and a lot of preparation. Maybe the best way is to make the components for the Android and then add them to the person you have made in Poser or Whatever you use.
