Even after logging on at DAZ I could not use the forums there, so I had to contact someone somehow. Here I am.
I've been a PC member for a long time, with a couple lapses since the beginning. Even after payment in August I find my membership lapsed. I've been auto-paying for several years now. Now I have to pay $24 to re-subscribe? I'm paid up and current. Please advise. Thank you.

Doh. Well, that makes sense. Shows what happens when you have 3 hours sleep staying up with an ill dog. Thank you.

Well, it's a site issue rather than a Poser or a DS issue so I'm not sure this forum is any better or worse than the Poser one. There was a problem with some PC memberships being stuck in limbo, not ending but not charging, and those have been fixed and have now reached the end of their grace period - however it sounds as if you have been successfully charged so that shouldn't affect you. If it's only the forums you can't access, open a support ticket - if not, PM me with your account details (email and username) and I'll see if I can get someone to take a look.

Daz set up a new policy. They no longer charge automatically for renewal of old memberships. You pay one fee, once a year to be a one-year PC member, or I think that they set up a 3-months membership as well. At least, that's the jist of what I got when my membership also defaulted automatically.

It's all been repaired. The monthly charge was accidently converted to a different and void charge and corrected. thanks all.
