I got the "Like a Lady" package on order # 112391115. The main file unzipped fine, but the file with the templates is empty - it shows as only 22 bytes. I tried downloading it 3 times on 2 different computers with the same result.

I can create textures without the teplates, but it would be nice to have them.

You will need to contact the vendor directly for product support.
