For example "sale ends 9-16" - Do I have until midnight that DAY to get it on sale? This is just a single new item the merchant put on sale that I want to be sure and get, but hope for a coupon in time. :)
I know that sounds "cheap" but hey, I spend a LOT here and every little bit helps....

OH! I just got the coupon notice so I can shop now... but still would like to know if the vendor/merchent takes an item "off sale" or it goes off sale on the last DATE at the end of the day - end being Rendo time (which I know is not midnight for us west coasters).

If it's a vendor set sale on a product and it says ends 9/13/2013 then it would go off sale at midnight Rendo system time.
