Hi,
Yesterday I purchased the texture convertor for DAwn from the store. It shows in my account as paid (I used store credit and paypal) and the files are listed there. However when I try to d/l them they come down as empty zip files. This happens with both the MAC and WIN files. Any help would be appriciated. I'm using safari on a Mac.

UPDDATE:
I tried D/Ling the files on a windows machine using Internet Explorer and had the same problems.
