when I try and load texture MATS to V4 or V4++ her figure goes black like something is missing. Same thing happens with her eyes and lips. The face morphs and body morphs work fine. But the full MATS don't work right. thanks

Are your texture files (the jpgs themselves) in the proper folder/runtime?
Does it ask you to locate missing files?
If yes to the first and no to the second, could you take a screenshot? What version of Poser are you running, under what OS?

If this is happening in preview mode change from OpenGL to Sreed.
