I've come to the next step with Vue. from my tax refund I want to buy a large format printer to print out my Vue creations. I've got a good A4 printer that prints lovely Vue images on fine art paper, but I want to go larger, at least up to A2 or 17" for those of you not familiar with the A formats. I'm looking at the newest ones, but also older version are fine, I may end up getting a second hand one. There are some 'official' reviews of various large format printers, but it would be good to hear from users as well. So far I've looked at the HP Z2100, Canon IPF5000/51000 and Epson 3800/3880 & 4880/4900, they seem large enough for now, but perhaps none of them is a good choice or there are others to consider?

Does anyone own these one of these printers and how happy are you with it? What are the pitfalls, problems, joys and so on? What should I be aware of when looking into one?

So if you own or use one, don't hold back, tell me all about it!

Artwork and 3DToons items, create the perfect place for you toon and other figures!

Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(

Food for thought.....
