Subject: Please Reset my Downloads please

Hi :)

My external hardrive is recently crashed and I kept a copy of all my purchases on this disc and all is gone now. I am not able to re-download all the content within my account because of limit of downloads have been reached on some of them...I would really appreciate a reset on my downloads please .
