Came across this by accident today while searching for other information and felt it would be worthy to share here it is a new add0n called The Archimesh the youtube video is best watched in full screen since the creator is not speaking and using music instead of describing what he is doing but I still think worth taking a look at.

This woud be a great addition to my Blender tools However, when I attempt to download it, there is no data in the files. Guess I will just keep an eye on it.

From the video I determined that the version he is using is the new 2.69 of Blender and I was confused as well when it came to downloading the file. So I clicked on the latest one which seems to be zip 3 and in the new window click on raw and that will download the file and then installed it using user prefrences in Blender. To be honest it was a bit confusing compared to obtaining other add ons for Blender. But still see this as having some great potential.
