Maybe I asked the wrong question .
How did they get Mumiari skin to look like that ?
What did they render Mumiari in ?
I've seen skin look like that in zBrush but not in Poser.
Can we get skin to look like that in Poser Pro 14 ?

PoserPro2014 comes with new toon figures.
Search for Freddy, the little boy, and render him.
Study the material room setup.
It is close, and build your way up from there.
