I always tend to miss those and it is hard to find them... but WHEN I remember to have a look there is so much interesting work that often does not appear in the art-charts.

How about a seperate gallery-section or likewise where the staff picks are "stored" (in fact they are already there, so a kind of link should do) and we can see them as long and as often if we like?

I'm not always right, but my mistakes are more interesting!
