Looking for some help here; The other night I went to work in Poser and the Library window did not come up with the rest of the interface. The space where it would be remained white. The rest of the program worked fine. No Library though.
Some other information - I'm running Windows 7 (64b). I have uninstalled Poser and re-installed it. Still just a blank white space.
Any suggestions welcome.

I to had this issue.
It has to Window's Internet Explorer 11. When you update to this version for some reason it disables the Poser Library window. I went in to my Windows auto updates and uninstalled that updated (Internet Explorer version 11) rebooted and that fixed the problem. Poser 9 or higher will not work with IE-11 for some reason.

Yes, It does have something to do with Explorer 11. My Thank you's to those who pointed me in that direction.
My manually downloading E11 complicated things, but we got it straightened out and all is happy again
