Subject: several downloads exceeded

Hello!

I have successfully switched from DAZ Studio to Poser 10 and also had to reinstall my PC for several reasons. Now I need to download my products again, but many of them do not work (exceeded).

Can you reset my downloads please?

Hello,

 

I have reset all of your downloads for you so you can try again.

 

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.
