Subject: order #112437151 - serious download problems

Well .. this is really strange.I try to download the products of this order, but every download stops after some seconds.

Using Firefox, actual version and patchlevel. Downloading  from other sites (RDNA, DAZ, ...) works fine.

Now all downloads are exceeded ... could you please help me?

I have reset your downloads for you so you can try again.

 

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.
