Ok I am having trouble rendering my one scene in Firefly.  I have 6 figures in a scene amongst other objects as well.  I tried to lower the bucket size to make it not crash and that didnt work.  Does anyone know how to make this work easier so it don't freeze up when rendering?

32 or 64-bit? How much ram do you have?

When in doubt, close all other programs and try rendering as a seperate process...

I have 16 GBs of Ram and I'm 64 bit.  How do I render as a separate process? I keep seeing that mentioned when I tried to look online.

Poser or Poser Pro? Which version? Which OS?

What's your mem usage doing while rendering?

Please give us a screenshot of your render settings.

or: please help us to help you.

The "Render as Seperate process" option is in your Poser General prefs, Render tab, under Nr of Threads.

Usually I'm wrong. But to be effective and efficient, I don't need to be correct or accurate.

visit www.aRtBeeWeb.nl (works) or Missing Manuals (tutorials & reviews) - both need an update though

I got it to work. Putting it on a separate process made it work. Thank you.

IIRC, the manual suggests using separate process for complicated scenes and final renders.  Anything as simple as 1 figure/prop on an empty stage doesn't need that feature on.
