Hi
Trying to download the Broken Hair from an old order #111653373 and it's telling me I have exceeded the download amounts for that. It IS an old order from 2009, but I do need the files again as I have lost them over numerous computer changes. :D Could you please reset that file for me.

I have reset all of your downloads on your account for you so you can try again.
Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/ manager for they do not work with our system.

I dont' use download accelerator/managers (not even sure I know what they are). :D I just figured that i'd redownloaded that product so many times due to so many different computers over the years. :D
