Just lately when I click on the content tab I get a Poser exe. problem and it shuts down.
The Program works fine in all other areas, just the content tab. Is there a way to fix
this without reinstalling?
Thanks for any help.
Duncan

Just out of curiousity. What happens when you right click on the Poser Icon and run it as administrator? Do you get the same error?

A not responding message in content screen is a sympton of the IE11 upgrade conflict with Poser.
If you think this applies and have pp2014 there is an update available (SR3), not sure what's happening with a fix for pp2012 (last update I saw was WIP as of 6 Dec)

Hey, you! Hope all else is well.
If you've tried updating your display drivers and deleting your prefs (not necessarily in that order), then I would suggest contacting Smith Micro Technical Support.
(this assumes you have the latest version of your copy of Poser installed).

Wow, it did start with IE11.

I don't think I've clicked on the Content Tab on purpose since Poser 7.
What version of Poser? There are updates for 9 and 10...

I am using Poser Pro 2012. The tab is how I install from zip files.

Interesting. Are you using the Internal or external library? I know some folks were having it crash on startup using the internal librasry, but it worked with the external Library. If you are using the External Library, don't try Internal, as you then will likely have to edit Poser.ini to use Poser again
Either way, I'd file a support ticket, if you haven't already...
