I've sent an email over a week ago and as you can see from my copy of the email also the week before that, but I've had no reply at all. The first email I did sent I did get an reply on, but all my later emails were ignored for some reason. Could you please take care of this matter, would be great......

Last week I've asked for a partial refund, but I did not get any reply at all. I've been in contact with Alessandro (papilon68) about the issues with the Fox by AM. We've looked at it and he gave some advice I had already tried, so unofortunately the issues cannot really be resolved. He asked me to contact you again to arrange a refund for that one item, the Fox by AM from Order# 112436264. He agrees on the refund. I'll remove the Fox from my system.
