I know that this is copyrighted - however I was thinking of a poser or daz model of this

that could be adapted to work with daz3d or poser models

Closest out of the box I can give you is the Haujhim products for Micheal 3 or Freak 3 over at RDNA.  They are in the Deep Freeze Sale category.  You will have to dig around a bit but they are there.  The masks are closer to Anubis than the one you're looking for but that's all I know of.

 

Awhile back, someone named Bluto was working on Stargate helmets.  Not sure if he ever finished them and posted them, but if he did, I'd guess they'd be at ShareCG.
