Does anyone know if they will be making a new one for Poser 10 and Poser Pro 2014 or they not going to? Or is there a workaround with the current DSON?

DSON Importer works fine for me in Poser Pro 2014. Did you download the current version from DAZ and install the Starter Essentials and its Poser Companion files?

Well when I tried to install it or when I did install it, it gives me an error at program startup that says: An error occurred while importing addon DSON: ERROR: DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Any idea how to fix it?

Are you sure you are using the right version? There is a 32-bit and 64-bit version.
gohanf22 posted Sun, 29 December 2013 at 6:10 PM
Last I checked I was using 64 bit Windows. And I downloaded the right one to install so I have no idea why its doing this.

Are you running Poser 10 or PP2014? You need the 32-bit one for Poser 10. If you are using PP2014, make sure you are actually running the 64-bit version of Poser; it installs both 32 and 64-bit by default....

I am using Poser Pro 2014 and the latest download of DSON Importer. I bought the Mil Cat 2 and it will not load at all.
WandW posted Tue, 31 December 2013 at 9:04 PM
Did you install both the DSON Core and Poser CF files for the kitty?
PS. Happy New Year!

Yes, I did.

Did you install Genesis 2 Starter essentials? I don't have the Cat, so I'm just tossing out ideas at this point...

Would the Genesis 2 starter essentials apply to the Big Cat? I have Genesis installed so I must have installed it.
RHaseltine posted Wed, 01 January 2014 at 8:51 AM
Do you get an error message? Is the cat listed as loaded but simply not visible, or isn't there even a ghost listing? Are you sure you are loading the figure and not materials etc.?
WandW posted Wed, 01 January 2014 at 9:00 AM
I believe it's based on Genesis 2. The Gen. 2 Starter Essentials downloads (DSON Core and Poser CF) will be in your DAZ account's Product Library and/or DIM. As I said, I don't have it, so I'm just tossing out ideas...

The Big Cat 2 is a stand-alone figure, with its own mesh and rigging.
drifterlee posted Wed, 01 January 2014 at 9:45 AM
I try to load the cat and it is like the ghost of a cat and the program immediately freezes. That's wht happens. Do you have the Big Cat 2? for Poser
RHaseltine posted Wed, 01 January 2014 at 2:51 PM
I do, but I still need to download the latest SRs for Poser, so I can't test yet.
