Subject: Poser 10 upgrade will not accept my serial number

Hi,

I just purchased the Poser 10 upgrade for my Poser 7 installation (order id 112456934). When I try to start the installation I'm told that my serial number for Poser 7 is not valid.

I've checked the serial number by starting my copy of Poser 7, going to "About Poser 7" and checking the licence number displayed. The number displayed tallies with the serial number I'm typing into the Smith Micro download manager.

I got my copy of Poser 7 from E-Frontier.

Advice, please!
