i thought i would update my status on my case and then butt out
I bought Poser Pro 2014 Physical Sidegrade from SmithMicro and i couldn't get the serial number to work.
Maybe it was my fault, i don't know, but it didn't work.
I sent the disks back and have a postal tracking slip on the return.
In my previous tread i didn't mention that one of the disk didn't have anything on it at all. Maybe that was a content disk, i don't know.
When i email SmithMicro sales, support, or shipping on a refund they only send back what appears to be just automated responses.
I have been a hardcore Poser 7 user and wanted to upgrade to 64-bit for a couple of years and i can't tell you how disappointed i am.
SmithMicro has yet to offer a refund or a new product.
Right now including return shipping i'm out about 260 dollars
