I downloaded Perfect Effects 8 Premium Edition today for free & it's a pretty nice photo filter collection with a decent interface. It's being offered by the publisher for free only until Jan. 28th, so if you're interested, you need to act quickly. It runs either standalone or as a plugin for Photoshop & Lightroom (PC & Mac). Be forewarned that it does take up a bit of space - 1.5 gb - & it didn't offer me the option to install anywhere but my C: drive. Also, it recommends 8 gb of RAM, though I only have 6 gb & it seems to work fine.
