Genesis is available at Daz3d is comes with with 3dstudio. It doesn't play very well with poser although some have managed. You need an addon called dson also available ad daz3d. I believe addons only work with poser 9 and up.
Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader Monster of the North and The Shimmering Mage

I believe you need to get the DSON Importer, in order to use Genesis and its clothing, hair, props etc, inside Poser.
Sometimes, things just don't work, because some content for Genesis has not been created for use with the DSON Importer.
Perhaps you may want to read up more for yourself over at the DAZ3D website.

I've been able to import into P10 the Genesis figure and use the character textures, however I cannot get the morph dials to either show up, nor inject, nor can I select one of the figure's areas (like a left hand, for example) to hide it if need be.
I've actually gotten frustrated enough between the DSON/Genesis and Genesis 2 issues in Poser and DS4.6 that I've uninstalled 4.6 and am considering doing the same for the Gen figures from Poser.
Though I've been able to tweak some of the hair and clothing props onto the M4/V4, and a few of the native Poser figures so those I'll keep. ;)

This sounds like you installed the packages in the wrong directories. Joepublic has a good thread on this forum on how to properly set up genesis without issues.

Thank you- I'll do the search again, or manually look through the threads. Some days, the search finds me nothing. XD

Morph dials are organized much differently than previous DAZ figures. Many shaping morphs are in the Body actor under Actor. You don't need to inject morphs; once they are installed, they are in the figure and just need to be dialed in.
I've had no problem with selecting actors, but as you note, visibility can't be toggled.....

Thank you for the link, I'll look into that when I have the time.
As for the morphs and the actor, I do realize where they would show- in the dial window. I understand I don't have to inject them individually as the old actors need to have done.
However, the dials aren't there. The basic child, male and female are but the others I have for both Genesis and Genesis 2 do not show under the actor's translation/scale dials after uploading into the scene using DSON.
I will see how uninstalling everything and reinstalling using the tips given in the link works. Thank you both.
