Subject: Order reset please

Concerning order # 112468063, could you please reset the Blademaiden. I have been having internet issues and have been trying to download and now it says I have exceeded my maximum downloads for this item.

Thanks, I have a tech coming out on Monday to fix the internet issue, hopefully and I will try again. I can do a few things, but now downloading and streaming are impossible.
