I noticed that today with 2 products I bought from Sveva, next to her usual download zips are those (Download from S3)zips.
I contacted Sveva, she told me it has nothing to do with her and I should just download as I would do usually.
Can you please shed some light on those zips.
I am sure I am not the only one puzzled by this.

Hi Petra,
We are currently in transition on how our files will be handled. All files will soon come
from S3, but until such time as all files have been placed there you will see 2 links to
download each product in your account. This is not a permanent issue and will be
remedied in the next 2 weeks. The two links are there right now so that you can
download from S3, or you can download from our server. You will see that when
downloading from our server, using the zip file name when downloaded the file will
indeed have the name you see on the download link. When downloading from S3 you
will see a file and a number label. Some of our buyers do not like not being able to
see the file name, therefore we have provided both links until the change is complete.
Hope this helps.
Thank you,

So....in the future, everything we download is going to have a totally useless, nondescript filename? That's a huge step back. It's one thing I really hate about Runtime DNA.

I do not think I like that , I was so happy that here at Renderosity we got the Zips with the actual Product Name and not like at RDNA just numbers or such like.
It is a pain in the butt to manually change all the file names so that we can easely find them again. sighhh
Is there no way to still have the product names on the zips?

Ditto for me on useless filenames. Not all files from RDNA are like that, but the ones that are just product_### drive me up a wall. With the long file names possible in the last decade of personal computing, at the bare minimum, tack on a descriptive prefix or postfix.

I notice that nobody answered the question about giving us meaningful filenames. I agree with the other folks. product_####.zip is useless.

As you can see from the response from our admin, the product file names WILL be there as this isn't a permanent issue . We are transitioning to the S3 and once that transition is complete the file names downloaded from the S3 will have the product file names like before, you won't notice a difference at all. The only reason you see a difference right now is the fact that we are still in the process of transitioning but within 2 weeks this will all be resolved.

That is good as file names make a lot of difference
