Subject: When do I get my files after paying?

How long does it take to actually get the download link? It simply says download pending...

Hi,

I see that your downloads have now been activated.  For first time customers, we must first verify that you are who you say you are.  This is done to protect you as well as Renderosity from fraudulent activities.

I got an email saying it was activated but when I click the link now it says:

"Sorry! No purchase history could be found for your account."

 

....

 

And if I go to Item list:

"You currently have no purchase history or no orders that have been paid."

I see that you have created a profile in our system.  Did you complete the order process as I am not seeing anything in your shopping cart?

Please have a look and let me know so that we can get this completed for you.

I most certainly did pay for it yesterday and it was hanging at "Download pending" Then today it says no order....
