I Got 8.1 and now if I post a link no automatic

I can't even make a link in the tool bar.using the chain link.

Anyway - Rendo doesn't care. They keep changing the site and it gets harder and harder to use the editors. I cannot reliably enter replies on my iPad anymore. It wanders off like an Alzheimer patient.
In site mail, under IE (please don't argue why I should not use it - I have my reasons) I cannot scroll the inner scrolling region, which means even though I have a gigantic screen, most of the reply editor is off screen and unreachable.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

If you directly edit the HTML, can you make one like this?
(Hit the HTML button in upper left corner of editor)
Note: I see that the editor took my literal HTML and escaped the HTML, but then turned it into a link anyway, even though I quoted it. That's wonky. Apparently you're wishing that behavior would apply to what you type, right?

Half to remember how to HTML .I'm a fan of WYSIWYG.

That is a reason development. I have that issue with WinXP and Chrome browse. Never happened before. Maybe a wacky update somewhere.

It's just progress. mix diffrent hardware with pc's n phones .diffrent browsers . touch or pen all the web languages etc etc & etc etc & on n on so the more options we have the more bugs we get.
Windows 95 crashed or froze ever 10 to 15 minutes.
So where making progress ,I think
