i tried to reinstall poser pro 2014 properly (clean install without reformat windows), but althought i use the uninstaller, it didn't erase my serial number and my name.

i wish to reinstall it with a new serial and name. how to do that ?

i tried to rightly uninstall and delete the folder in preference account user (C:Users%ME%AppDataRoamingPoser Pro10) but, the registration remains on my computer.
so when i reinstall it, it don't ask a newer one serial number neither a new name.

so, how to fully uninstall and remove all traces of registration of poser pro 2014 and redo a clean install like the first time and registerer again with a new serial and name.
