Poser to Unity + SETUP> how to import a custom OBJ and rig?

Hi, I'm looking for s step by step tutorial.

Example SOMEHOW the bone rig actualy fit to the custom mesh i imported, but i don't know what the steps were.**

**Here's what i've tried:
**

  1. New Scene> Delete Andy2
  2. import custom OBJ mesh into Poser.
  3. Go SETUP tab
  4. While figure is in the setup room you go into your Poser Library and select another figure (Andy2) in the library
  5. Once you selected, there will be a icon on the bottom of the library saying change figure.
  6. Do you want to auto group? = NO  (?)
  7. Auto Group> Group to change figure: Andy2(currentfigure) setup
  8. Once clicked, a skeleton of the figure (Andy2) will be superimposed over your own. (have your figure in wireframe).
  9. Use Poser tools (move ,twist ,rotate, parameter dials of the figure to position your figures joint to the skeleton.
  10. Do tis for only one side, then FIGURE> Symmetry Left/right etc.
  11. In the GROUP Editor there is a command called "auto group". Click this and go back to the Pose room.
  12. Your figure will now have the body parts of the substitute figure. You will probably have to redo depending on what you manipulated in the setup room.
