...were can i find morphs for muscle build in arms, chest legs, ect, for the male poser 4 figure? seen alot of free models with them attached.

You can find a vast number of morphs at Traveler's excellent web site. There are all kinds of muscle morphs there. Here's the link to MorphWorld 2.0: http://morphs.bbay.com/main.html Also, I have a new Poser 4 Nude Male character that has morphs that I've created over the past several months. This character is finished, but I'm waiting for Renderotica to re-open (I hope) so I can make him available. Give MorphWorld 2.0 a try. You shouldn't have any problems finding muscle morphs there.
