As far as I'm aware its not possible to create your own Dynamic Clothing Daz Studio only Optitex cloth is compatible.
They have quite a range of freebies here:

The dynamic clothes preform well. You really need the right clothes on the right character for animations though. And most dynamic clothes are/were made for mil 4 figures.
Not sure why these never really took off. They can be touchy, and don't work as well in studio4 as 3. But they work well enough.
The above link is genesis, V5 optitex dress; freebie, aniamted with aniblocks in Studio and rendered out in carrara; still a 24 hour render. Mil 4 aniblocks make genesis a bit bow leged. lol
I'd like to know what is going on with this. Seems like something else good, lost by the wayside.

I believe the main issue was that you need Optitex Software to create this type of clothing and its mainly marketed to the top end of town like clothing retailers and designers with a price point to match.
Ive heard prices thrown about at between $700-1000 per month, a big risk for a PA to take for an investment of that size.

I've been all over the site, they list several apps but this is all clothing industry not CG hobby/small studio apps.
I forget the name but if I remember right there was just one person with optitex that was making the dynaimc clothes for studio. I read he'd went indapendent, but I'm not even sure he is still making clothes for Studio.
It seems the interest wained in this after studio 4 came out. Studio 4 was a big game changer for DAZ in a lot of ways.
But ya, if DAZ had managed to release the dynamic content creation app, even at $1K, PA's would have bought it and we would have a big selection of dynamic clothing by now. Maybe it just wasn't the big money maker DAZ thought it was going to be.
It's one of those things I'd love to know the entire sorry of. When studio first got the dynamic clothing there seemed to be a lot going on, then it just sort of fizzled out.
Note: Optitex's prices on dynaimc clothing are much less then DAZ's. They are even on sale right now at 50% off.

His name was Martin, his relation with Optitex was never totally explained. I don't know if he's active today, under the "Optitex" PA person.

Main thing is to make sure surfaces don't pass through each other during the aniamtion. But you can do some fun outragious stuff with optitex clothes in Studio. Above is genesis in some stretch to fit K4 dynaimc clothes. lol
I know I gripe about this stuff a lot but I spend hourse a day having fun with it; as you can see.
