Hi,
I started 3d in DAZ back in 2010, moving onto carrara in 2011. I'm back on DAZ for a while learning about OCTANE - which imho will revolutionize our efforts.
I'm pleased to say that I've found a way of animating night scenes in OCTANE, which don't take hours per frame. This little clip took 4.5 minutes a frame on a single GTX 760 Graphics card.
I plan to add a tutorial next week sometime all being well.

Looks promising. I'll be keeping an eye out for your tutorial.

Thanks. I've aproached this from a biased rendering point of view (accepting I don't have the rendering power of the vfx shops etc), then doors start opening up for you.
More to follow.
