Hi,
Please make certain that you are entering the amount that you want to take off and then hit the "apply" button.
Please let me know if this works.
Thank you,

the only option the checkout process offers is my vendor credits, not my Instore Credit $-11.17

Hi,
If you go to "step 3" of the check out process, you will scroll down and see that you
have $22.89 to the right of where you need to enter the amount and then hit apply.
Please let me know if you cannot find it and I will email you a print screen.
Thank you,

Richard,
The instore credit on the checkout page is ANY kind of credit you have, whether it's from a refund or as a vendor, store sales. It's just any amount you have available to use toward a purchase as a lot of vendors use their vendor sales money owed to pay for orders:)
Hope this helps

I had items in my cart that were the sale price last night (Friday), and then this morning when I went to my cart, they were at full price.
What is going on??? The sale isn't supposed to be over and I can't get anyone to answer my sitemail. I wanted the items while they were on sale because I can't afford them otherwise. The store needs to fix this and give us an extra day.
Also a wishlist item went on sale and they emailed me about it, but when I came to the store to check it, it's not on sale, it's also still full price.

I've replied to the previous thread you posted in.
Please only post in one thread with the same post and to get quickest attention, if it's a seperate subject, create your own thread rather than posting in a thread that is a month old on a completely different subject as it has a big potential of getting missed
