Mmm, I tried the same thing you did.
Applying EZskin to v3 and save it to pz3, and import it into Vue.
As usual, I don't use Poser shader tree, and since I don't use it, Vue would ignore all the SSS info., so it should not affect the UV map at all I think.
When I rendered the v3 as you did, it rendered fine.
Whether or not I use EZskin, it didn't make any difference in Vue.
...just a little more info.

I am baffled. I was not using the Poser shader tree. I should try this with some other figures as well. It happens with Maddie too, the distortion in the mapping looks the same. They are both Daz Gen 3 figures and use the same mapping.
