Last Friday I published a blog article just in time to kick off the World Cup. The blog's inspiration? Isikol! On Facebook, he'd posted a very cool Poser recreation of a Brazillian soccer beauty. I wanted to see how well Roxie could do with the same pose.

I think she did extremely well. Here she is emulating the model pose, same reference as Isikol used. Check out the feature if you're interested in the full story, and if you're on Facebook, the comments on Isikol's original photo are pretty cool to read through.

Steve's inspired me to try posing a Poser figure to get a realistic pose again. Since I was already packaging up this Dance outfit for Miki4 to release at CP thought i'd use her. In the background is a a picture from the New York Ballet.  And I used Steve's posing method of using a photograph as a reference.

Now, that's nice work, Earl.

So here's another pose I did (I'm trying to do a whole set by the way) for Miki that I did using Steve's photo-reference method of posing. I think the pose came out fairly well. I just wish I'd had that skirt. The dance set does have a wrap around skirt, just like the version for Roxie, but for the life of me I couldn't get the wind to blow it upwards. It SHOULD work, but for the life of me I just can't seem to figure out how to use the Wind Force in Poser right. Guess I'll have to wait for Steve's webinar on that.

Nope! Compare to the actual photo- Roxie's head is in proportion-whereas Genesis' is way too small. Is this a Genesis "Heroic"
 character? I am not familiar with the varieties of Genesis.

You can mix all the genesis characters & morphs.
