In Poser you usually can cycle through the elements of your figures with the arrow keys (up and down). This is broken for me, the down arrow just cycles through the figures (not the body parts) and the upper arrow does nothing.
I use Windows 7 64 bit German. I already tried it with a new profile, but that did not help.
Any ideas?

can report that up/down arrows cycle thru body parts in order listed in hierarchy editor, when hierarchy editor window closed. can also use up/down arrows to cycle thru body parts with hierarchy editor window open, after selecting figure in parameters window (revert focus to parameters window) (OS X).

The secret is to have the figure(s) expanded in the animation pallette. The latest Poser Pro 2014 patch seems to have caused Poser's default behavior to collapse all figures upon loading them into the scene, so you'll have to click the little arrow for each figure after they are added.
I'm actually glad they did this, as I had previously though that Poser was only ever capable of cycling parts for the first figure in the scene. That being said, @thinkcooper, if you're listening, it should be an option that one can change in preferences, so if one desires, figures can load fully expanded every time.
@Miss Nancy: this seems to be a Windows-specific Poser issue. Thanks for helping to clarify that :)

same for OS X: up/down arrows don't cycle thru body parts if figure collapsed in anim. pal., but hierarchy ed. list can collapse and up/down arrows work. may be time for them to edit "animationPalette.xml" prior to release of SR4. change collapsed="1" back to original state of collapsed="0" in appropriate section, if users desire it.

Thanks a bunch, I had no idea that the keyboard arrows are related to the animation palette. You are right, the collapsed figure was the problem. Everything works just fine now.

W00t! SR4 fixed this! Now you can cycle through everything whether it is collapsed or not :D
