my outlook.com email keeps bouncing my email cause it says I have 5000 emails and no space left.

theres maybe 2 or 3 emails only.

done this for 2 days now.

anyone else having probleams with outlook.com ?

Did you clean out the Deleted Items section?
It is something I forget from time to time, to remove the deleted onces.

deleted folder is empty

before when i might have had 100 emails in outlook.com
 it told me i was out of space.so i deleted everything and it worked fine.

now i deleted everything and outlook is still saying i have 5000 emails but i don't .

I swear I'm an idiot beyond comprehension.

I had windows vista and a email account with my internet provider
& outlook on my PC.

Then

I got windows 8.1 and since it did not have a outlook on my PC
I got the internet outlook account and added the old email to the new outlook account.

So I got all my email from my old account threw outlook.com

but I can not get to my old account since i do not have outlook on my PC
but it has 5000 emails in it and i don't know how to get to my old account now.

outlook.com works just fine but my old account is the one thats over quota.

So how do you get to a old account that needed outlook on ya PC to get to
if you no longer have outlook on ya PC any more ?
