I follow this advise from another thread rather than replying there.

I have exactly the same problem, concerning order #112548710, I did pay it immediately by PayPal, the transaction worked fine and I got the receipt by mail from PayPal. However, Renderosity (system) refuses to accept it and keeps it "pending".

Now I even got another warning mail that my order will get cancelled (!) unless I pay it. However, hitting the PayPal button (again) only pops an error notice that it already got paid (which is correct).

Looking closely to the account entry I noticed that there is a glitch. The invoice charges $39,62, but (for whatever reason) your own PayPal button only charged $39,61 !!

So I guess this may be the problem of my (and other people's) problems, but it is nothing that "we" from the customer side are able to fix.

If you need my PayPal transaction ID please check your emails at store@renderosity.com, I sent it to you.

Please make sure that my order will not get cancelled since I did pay it immediately. I insist on getting the order fulfilled for exact the discounted prices as at the time of the order.
