My Prime membership recently expired on the 24th. You sent an email on the 22nd with the following :-

Below is a Coupon Code that you can enter at checkout when you add the ** Prime Membership product** to your cart. This will enable you to save an additional 10% on the already 40% discount on Prime Membership!

The code above is valid now through Thursday, July 31st and can ONLY be used once on the Prime Membership Product.

 

I have tried adding this coupon to my basket, but I get 'coupon not found or expired'

 

Please advise.

If you allowed your prime to expire before using the coupon it wouldn't work as this specific coupon was for active prime members only but if you renew your prime then send me your order ID I will refund you the 10% coupon discount you missed:)
